The Longest Hour

Today marks the longest day of the year, and thus the day with the most sunlight, the latest sunset, you get the idea.  Oh, and it’s the first day of summer, too.  After today, it’s all down hill.  Well not really.  Although, it won’t be before long that we’re all complaining about the heat and longing for bean boots and hot toddys.  But for now, I decided to commemorate the longest hour  and summer’s arrival with a sunset along the shores of the Hudson.
